Thank you for visiting our web site and considering our products.

Payments are made from our web site through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our web site. Payment can also be made direct to us by bank transfer. Simply choose this payment option and an order will be generated. You will then see our payment details and you can make a payment from your bank account. You will also receive an email with your order information and our bank details for payment. Once we receive payment we will prepare your order.

We use minimal packaging which is sustainable and recyclable.

Wax melts are packaged in biodegradable paper bags and posted in plastic free paper padded envelopes so that they can be delivered by regular post through your letterbox at large letter rate. We can fit 2 small packs of wax melts in one envelope or 1 pack of snap bars and this is reflected in the postage cost calculated at checkout.

Larger items up to 1 kilo in weight are packaged in cardboard boxes and sent by courier which works out cheaper than regular mail. Again this is calculated at checkout. You should be able to track your delivery.

Items over 1 kilo but under 2 kilos are also sent by courier but at a different cost shown on checkout.

Why don’t we offer Free Delivery? – Is Free Delivery really free. Usually an amount is added to the cost of the item to cover the cost of ‘free delivery’ For example…

If we added an amount to cover post and packing on our candle tins, we would have to charge £10 instead of £5.95. If you bought 2, then you’d pay £20. However if you buy 2 with postage added then we can package 2 in one box and you’ll only pay one delivery charge so £11.90 plus £4.00 delivery – total cost £15.90 instead of £20. Why pay more?
